Our Chardonnay Cuvée Bois at the top of national and international quality, is recognized for its elegance and style. The noble tannins deriving from the selected precious woods, the sur lies refinement and the repeated bâtonnages give it a wide complexity and a remarkable balance.
Golden yellow. Intense and complex on the nose, with aromas of white fruit, hazelnut, vanilla, banana and candied cedar and mineral and spicy nuances. Thick and rich on the palate, with an elegant and harmonious finish.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay.
Vinification: Selection, refrigeration and soft pressing of the whole bunch of the grapes, fermentation in 300-liter French oak barrels, steam-roasted and 12-month “sur lies” aging in same, with weekly bâtonnages. Aging in the bottle for 12 months.
Serving temperature: 13-15°C
Pairings: Great international cuisine, first courses, flans, fish, white and red meats, foie gras, fondues and medium and long-aged cheeses.

A heroic viticulture. We are at an altitude of 800 meters. The wines express richness and convey the emotions of an enchanted landscape. The company Les Crêtes produces its wines in a very particular context, characterized by high mountains, sandy slopes and alpine temperatures.
